To request deletion, email contact@cayn.ai from the email address associated with your account. This link opens a draft in your email app; it does not submit a request automatically.

We will verify the request before processing it. Never include a password, sign-in code, bank credentials, or payment-card number.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required for legal or security reasons. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Confirm that you requested deletion of your Cayn account and associated personal data. Your request will then be reviewed by our team.
